This policy explains what personal data Aigentical collects through this website and our business relationship, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Aigentical (“we”) provides runtime governance software for AI agents. For questions about this policy or your data, contact privacy@aigentical.ai.
What we collect
- When you contact us — your name, email, company, and anything you include in a message, so we can respond and follow up.
- When you book a call — our scheduling section is powered by Calendly. When you book a consultation, Calendly collects the details you provide (your name, email, and any notes about what you'd like to discuss) and may set cookies to run the scheduler. We use this only to schedule and hold that discussion with you. Calendly processes this information on our behalf; how Calendly itself handles it is covered by Calendly's privacy notice.
- When you visit this site — basic technical data (IP, browser, pages viewed) and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
- We do not collect special-category personal data through this website.
Product data
The Aigentical product deploys into your environment. Governance decisions, policies, and audit records are processed inside your tenant and remain under your control; we do not receive your agent traffic to make decisions, and we do not use your data to train shared models. Where we act as a processor under a customer agreement, the DPA in that agreement governs.
How we use data
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the demo or evaluation you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
Sharing
We never sell your data, and we never share it beyond Aigentical for anyone else's purposes or for advertising. The only outside parties that ever process it are the service providers running our own tools on our behalf — currently Calendly (to schedule your call) and our email provider — bound by confidentiality and acting solely on our instructions. The narrow exception is where disclosure is strictly required by law.
Retention
We keep contact and inquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@aigentical.ai. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
